Terms and Conditions

PLEASE READ THESE NEW YOU BEAUTY AWARDS TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE SUBMITTING AN ENTRY TO THE AWARDS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MUST NOT SUBMIT ANY ENTRIES TO THE AWARDS.
The NEW YOU Beauty Awards (the “Awards”) are owned and organized by New You Brands, Inc. and/or one or more of its affiliate companies (collectively, “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Awards Terms and Conditions govern your submission of entries for consideration (each, an “Entry” and together, the “Entries”) into the Awards. By submitting an Entry, you agree to these Awards Terms and Conditions, the NEW YOU Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and other policies posted on www.newyouawards.com.
1. Making an Entry
1.1. Entries must be made following the process set forth on the New You Beauty Awards Entry Form.
1.2. We shall not be responsible for Entries that are lost, misplaced, or damaged, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. For the avoidance of doubt, proof of posting or transmission of a lost or delayed Entry for the Awards will not be accepted as a valid or alternative Entry.
1.3. You agree that we may use, and you grant to us a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable license in and to, your name and likeness and/or that of your company, product, and related company and product logos for advertising, publicity or informational purposes in connection with these Awards and future NEW YOU award events in digital and print form and media.
2. Entry Fees
2.1. Each submission of an Entry is subject to an Entry fee (each, an “Entry Fee”). The Entry Fee must be paid upon submission of each Entry using the New You Beauty Awards Entry Form. Failure to pay the Entry Fee shall constitute a Non-Compliant Entry (as such term is hereinafter defined). For the avoidance of doubt, the Entry Fee is solely to be considered for an award and does not include admission to the Awards.
2.2. All Entry Fee payments, and any information you submit in connection with paying the Entry Fee, shall be processed by Wix.com, Ltd. (“Wix”) and shall be subject to Wix’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which may be updated from time to time in Wix’s sole discretion. Payments made by credit card may be subject to an additional processing fee.
2.3. Entry Fees are nonrefundable. Withdrawn Entries (whether withdrawn by you, or disqualified by us, due to a Non-Compliant Entry) will not be refunded. We may choose, at our sole discretion, to issue refunds in limited circumstances and on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is issued, it will be processed to the original method of payment. We cannot issue a refund to a different credit or debit card. If your credit card or debit card number has changed, but is for the same account (e.g., a new card has been issued for the same account), the refund will be processed to that account.
3. Eligibility and Judging
3.1. The Awards are open to those fulfilling the Entry criteria set forth on the New You Beauty Awards Entry Form.
3.2. You must not submit an Entry that you know or suspect:
a) is inaccurate, false, or misleading (including where it omits material information regarding the subject of the Entry);
b) contains information or material that: (a) infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party; (b) the disclosure of which would place you in breach of confidentiality obligations owed by you to any third party; or (c) is or may be defamatory.
(any such Entry is a “Non-Compliant Entry”).
3.3. You warrant that: (i) you have all relevant rights and licenses in place to permit our publication and use of any supporting documentation and materials provided in connection with your Entry (“Entry Materials”); and (ii) our publication and use of your Entry Materials will not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
3.4. We reserve the right to disqualify any Entry that we consider, in our sole discretion, to be a Non-Compliant Entry.
3.5. Entries will be judged by us at our sole discretion and based on criteria established by us in our sole discretion. Our decision shall be final, and we shall have no obligation to enter into any correspondence or discussions with anyone, nor will we accept any submissions, representations or appeals, with regard to such decision.
3.6. We reserve the right to not make any particular award in any given category.
3.7. Your Entry and Entry Materials will not be considered to be confidential information.
3.8. Submission of an Entry does not guarantee that your Entry will be featured, referenced, or represented at the Awards or used by us in any other way (including in any advertising, publicity or information materials).
4. Winners, Finalists, and Nominees
4.1. Award finalists will be notified in November 2024 to allow time to prepare for attending the Awards ceremony.
4.2. Award winners will be announced publicly at the Awards ceremony, which is presently scheduled to take place on March 28th and 29th of 2025 at the 1 Hotel in Miami Beach, Florida, although the date, time, and location may be subject to change. Additionally, we may announce Award winners online on www.newyouawards.com, www.newyou.com (or any of our other websites), and our related social media accounts.
4.3. Award winners shall receive a “New You Beauty Awards” seal, which may be used by winners on the winning product’s packaging, ads, web, and social media platforms (“Winner Materials”) subject to our style and branding guidelines for the use of our New You Beauty Awards seal; provided, however, that any winner must remove the New You Beauty Awards seal from all Winner Materials as promptly as reasonably possible upon our request. If you win a New You Award, you agree to follow such style and branding guidelines and to remove such seal from your Winner Materials if so requested.
5. Attendance at the Awards
5.1. You acknowledge and understand that your Entry does not constitute a booking or invitation to attend the Awards.
5.2. The opportunity to attend the Awards shall require a separate invitation from us, and may require the purchase of separate event tickets to be admitted for entry.
