The New You Achievement Awards is now in its sixth
year and was launched by Fitness First to celebrate
the outstanding achievements of its members.

The awards are divided into four categories; shape, health
sport, and strength and champion individuals for their
incredible accomplishments with the help from Fitness First.
Fitness First would love to see as many of its members as
possible enter the awards and be proud to showcase their
triumphs to the rest of the UK.
